For everyone who trains hard and recovers slow
Train hard. Recover faster. Thirty drug-free minutes.
Exoh is a wearable red-light belt. Wrap it over the muscle you just worked, lie back for thirty minutes, and let deep red and near-infrared light do what an ice bath and a foam roller can’t. No pills, no needles, no cold plunge.
- Eases Muscle Soreness
- Supports Faster Recovery
- Promotes Better Circulation
- Completely Drug-Free
Why ice and foam rolling only go so far
Ice numbs the surface. Light works in the muscle.
Ice and a foam roller mostly work on the surface and the fascia. The soreness you feel the next day starts deeper, in the muscle fibres you just tore and have to rebuild. Red and near-infrared light passes through the skin to reach those fibres directly.
Red and near-infrared light is absorbed inside the muscle cell. Research suggests it lifts ATP, the energy those cells burn to repair, widens local blood flow to clear waste, and calms the inflammation behind next-day soreness. It is the same light physios and pro sports teams use to speed recovery.

What the research found
Three things the research measured.
Less soreness, less muscle damage, and more in the tank. Here is the published evidence for red-light therapy and recovery, with the journal and the number of studies behind each result.
Pooling the randomised trials, light therapy applied around exercise left people with meaningfully less delayed-onset soreness than a sham light. Fewer days walking down stairs backwards.
Leal-Junior EC, et al. Meta-analysis, Lasers in Medical Science, 2015;30(2):925–939.
It isn’t only how you feel. Applied after exercise, light therapy significantly lowered blood creatine kinase and lactate, the markers that rise when muscle is damaged and fatigued.
Leal-Junior EC, et al. Meta-analysis, Lasers in Medical Science, 2015;30(2):925–939.
Used before training, the same light improved performance: more repetitions and longer time to exhaustion versus a sham, and better strength gains across a training block.

Thirty minutes, before or after you train
Strap it on. Lie down. That’s the whole routine.
- Wrap it over the muscle you worked. Adjustable velcro, 130cm long, so it fits the abs, lower back, quads, hamstrings or wraps a shoulder. Plug it in, or clip on the battery pack and move around.
- Choose your setting. Before training, use it to prime and warm the muscle. After, use it to recover. Set the intensity and the timer on the controller.
- Do nothing for thirty minutes. Cool down, stretch, scroll. The belt runs 105 LEDs at 660nm and 850nm across a 14×50cm panel, then switches itself off.
Includes belt, controller, wall charger & manual · Battery pack optional

Honest expectations
What tends to happen, and when.
- The first session Warm, loose, less tight A deep, even warmth over the muscle straight after training. Most people notice they feel looser and less tight that same evening.
- The next morning The tell is the day after The real test of recovery is how you feel 24 to 48 hours later. This is where customers most often say the soreness is dialled down.
- Two to three weeks Back under the bar sooner Recover faster between sessions and you can train the same muscle sooner. Used four to six times a week, this is where it earns its spot in the bag.
30 days is plenty of sessions to feel the difference

Put it through a month of sessions. Then decide.
Recovery is only obvious over time, so judge it across a training block, not one leg day. Thirty days is more than enough to feel the difference the morning after.
If it doesn’t earn its place in your bag, email hi@exohwellness.com and we’ll refund you in full. No arguing your case. Every electrical component is covered for a year on top of that.
Before you ask
The questions we get every day.
Should I use it before or after training?
Both work. Before a session, the research points to using it to prime the muscle for more reps and better output. After a session, it’s about recovery, less soreness and lower muscle-damage markers. Plenty of people do a quick round before and a longer one after.
Where do I put it?
Over the muscle you worked. The 130cm belt wraps the abs, lower back, quads or hamstrings, and you can loop it over a shoulder or around an arm. Thirty minutes per area, then move it if you want to hit another.
Will it actually cut my next-day soreness?
The research is genuinely encouraging: meta-analyses of randomised trials found less delayed-onset soreness and lower muscle-damage markers when light therapy is used around exercise. Results vary between people and studies, which is exactly why we give you 30 days and a full refund.
Does it get hot? Could it burn me?
It produces a gentle warmth, not heat. It isn’t a heating pad; the warmth is a by-product of the LEDs. Customers describe it as “slightly warm” and “soothing.” Intensity is adjustable and it switches itself off on a timer.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. Thirty minutes per area, four to six times a week is the usual rhythm. More isn’t better; the research suggests a dose curve, not a straight line. Use it on your hardest training days and your heaviest muscles.
Do I have to be an athlete for it to help?
Not at all. The same recovery mechanism helps a heavy gym session, a long run, a day of manual work, or a stiff back from sitting at a desk. If your muscles get sore, it’s for you.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Email hi@exohwellness.com within 30 days and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to argue your case or return it in original packaging. We’d rather have your trust than your $139.
